Henry Chareon

Trustee Charoen was first elected to the Centralia Elementary School District in 2014. Both of his children attended the school district. Before serving on the school district board, he was on the La Palma City Council for 8 years.

Trustee Charoen is committed to improving the high quality of education, retaining our outstanding teachers, and strengthening the district’s financial stability.  He vows to protect what the district has worked so hard to achieve and to prepare the district for upcoming challenges. He is passionate about improving our children’s future and committed to their education. 

Through his work as a teacher at UCI, he brings classroom experience and knowledge to better serve our students’ needs. He is also a healthcare executive. He earned an MBA from UCI and an engineering degree from USC. 

He will continue to fight for Centralia Schools.  Centralia School District is a great area and he is extremely proud to live there. He cares about what happens in the community and he wants to continue to make a difference for our children.
