Event Recap: 2024 Strategic Planning Retreat

APISBMA Board of Directors convened for their annual retreat to establish their priorities for 2024. With their shared goals and a commitment to positive impact, the retreat served as a platform for strategic discussions and team-building activities.

The retreat's agenda focused on APISBMA pillars of equity, cultural consciousness and empowerment. The board worked on refining the organization's mission and roles, exploring new avenues for fundraising, developing partnerships and enhancing communication strategies to better connect with members.  

We express our gratitude to Laurie Fong, former APISBMA President, for her facilitation and unwavering support of APISBMA's mission and vision. Additionally, we extend our thanks to the Belmont – Redwood Shores School District for generously hosting the retreat.
