Event Recap: AAPI LeaD Summit 2024

APISBMA and school board members were well-represented at the inaugural AAPI LeaD Summit. The event drew over 300 AANHPI elected and appointed leaders, along with distinguished guests from top government positions nationwide. Over three days, attendees engaged in interactive sessions, invaluable networking, and speeches from notable in AANHPIs including Attorney General Rob Bonta, Labor Secretary Julie Su, and 2020 Presidential candidate Andrew Yang. "Sleight of hand" artist Shin Lim also captivated the audience with his playing card illusions.
