On April 19th, a mix of both new and long-standing members of APISBMA, gathered at the esteemed Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. This iconic institution, renowned for its harmonious blend of natural beauty and human creativity, graciously extended a special invitation to all Asian Pacific Islander School Board Members, setting the stage for a lovely Spring Mixer.
Upon arrival, attendees were greeted by the music of a phenomenal string quartet from Huntington Middle School - San Marino Unified, echoing through Nan's courtyard.
Among the 25 attendees were esteemed API School Board Members and administrators, including Sylvia Leong, CSBA’s Director At-Large API joined us in fostering connections, sharing insights, and nurturing new friendships. From exchanging best practices to envisioning innovative solutions, each interaction fueled a sense of unity and purpose in our shared mission to shape the future of education.
